Are you a wholesaler?

No. Sandy Buys Houses is a direct cash buyer. We buy with our own funds, close in our own name at a licensed Florida title company, and don’t assign your contract to another investor.

How do you decide what to offer for my property?

We look at what similar properties nearby have sold for, the repairs the property needs, and our costs to buy, hold, and resell it. Then we sit down with you and explain how we arrived at the number.

Will I meet you in person?

Yes, whenever possible. Sandy prefers to meet sellers in person and talk through their situation before making an offer. If you live out of town, we can talk by phone or video and include family members or advisors.

How fast can you close?

When the title is clear, we can often close in 7 to 14 days after you accept our offer. Probate, liens, or other title issues can take longer, and you can always choose a later date.

Are there any fees or commissions?

There are no commissions when you sell directly to Sandy Buys Houses, and no fees taken out of our offer. We’ll go over closing costs with you before you sign anything.

Do you buy land and commercial property too?
